The Ecumenical Hellenism Programme is the result of a private initiative put forward by two people, businessman Stavros Panousopoulos and University Professor Athanasios Angelopoulos. The driving force behind our efforts to carry out this ambitious project has been our need to have a clear national, religious and scientific conscience and to know that as an information media we have done everything within our power to promote and serve our nation's interests in the present international juncture.

 FIRST MISSION JUNE 2008

GREEK TREASURES IN THE WORLD

In the same spirit and philosophy of providing historical information to the world and strengthening our national identity and heritage we decided...

To publish a luxury series of volumes under the general title "Greek Treasures in the World" where we will present the treasures of our homeland found all over the world in Museums or private collections (statues, pottery, murals, reliefs, mosaics, etc.).

The goal is on the one hand to highlight the ecumenical nature of Hellenism and on the other hand to preserve and popularize Greek history by presenting the ancient Greek treasures.

2nd WORLD CONFERENCE OF GREEKS IN DIASPORA

The Society is currently planning the 2nd World Conference of Greeks in Diaspora which is to be held in 2009. The 1st World Conference of Greeks in Diaspora organized in June 2006 in Athens was crowned with tremendous success thus offering the impetus that propelled the Ecumenical Hellenism Society into planning the 2nd World Conference.
